“Our 6 year old son was suffering from terrible upper respiratory congestion.  He was unable to sleep and would have violent coughing fits that would lead to dry heaving or vomiting every night. Over-the-counter medications offered him no comfort. When we visited our pediatrician, he was diagnosed with asthma. We declined steroids as we felt this would be a last resort for our son. When the symptoms persisted he was diagnosed with allergies. We did all the cleaning and installed allergy shield bedding as directed. The symptoms persisted and our son still suffered from violent coughing and sleepless nights.

We finally gave in and began a treatment regimen of nasal steroids and antihistamines.
